EDELWEISS is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse, unpredictable weather conditions, mistakes made by the shipping company, theft or products damaged during shipping that were not due to our negligence. We highly recommend selecting FedEx as your shipping option, especially for delicate items such as chocolate molds.

- We package all orders in the safest way possible and we cannot be responsible for any kind of damage or melting during the shipment.
- If you choose "Ground Shipping" you agree to a NON-guaranteed Shipping option. If you need a guaranteed shipment please choose FedEx Overnight or 2Day. Ground Shipments usually deliver in 2 to 8 business days.
- We do NOT accept returns. We do not issue refunds for shipping delays that are caused by the shipping carriers.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is safe and to inform Edelweiss if a signature is required.
- For P.O. Box please only choose Ground. There is no express available.
- "FedEx Overnight" will arrive the next business day. If you need Saturday delivery, please call (310) 275-0341 to place your order.
- Orders are not shipped Saturday or Sunday.
- Orders placed on Federal holidays may be shipped the following business day.
- Due to temperature variations across the country, we may choose NOT to ship over a weekend. Shipping charges may vary for larger orders and hot weather destinations.
- It is best if someone accepts the package during the day.
- Orders can be picked up at our Beverly Hills location or sent via local messenger. Please call for details.
