About Edelweiss Chocolates

Handcrafted in Beverly Hills since 1942.

Edelweiss Chocolates has been part of Beverly Hills for more than eight decades. Our original chocolate shop and factory remain at 444 N. Cañon Drive, where customers can still see chocolates being crafted in the back of the shop.

Today, Edelweiss continues as a local, family-run business. We make chocolates in small batches and prepare many of our signature fillings from scratch, including truffles, caramel, marshmallows, buttercreams, and roasted nuts. Carefully selected pretzels, cookies, fruit, and other confections are finished with Edelweiss chocolate to create the gifts and favorites our customers return for year after year.

From classic assortments and chocolate-covered pretzels to corporate gifts and celebratory towers, every order is prepared with the care expected from a neighborhood chocolatier and a Beverly Hills tradition.
